The challenge in the present writ petition is to the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019, whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Sub Health Centre Malgaon, Block Kanker, District North Bastar Kanker to the Sub Health Centre, Kodekurse Block Durgukondel, District North Bastar, Kanker.

The solitary ground raised by the petitioner is that the impugned order of transfer is in violation of the transfer policy in as much as the spouse of the petitioner works at the same place, where the petitioner was working and

-2ignoring this aspect, the petitioner has been transferred to a different location.

Given the said ground that the petitioner has raised, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondent No.3 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent No.3 in turn is directed to consider and decide the representation at the earliest preferably within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation keeping in view the transfer policy of the State Government.
