1. The grievance of petitioner seems to be the inaction on the part of the respondents in not confirming the service of the petitioner and not granting the regular increments which he was entitled for on being confirmed in service.

2. According to the petitioner, he was appointed vide order dated 10.02.2009 on the regular pay scale of 3050-75-3950-80-4590. The petitioner was initially appointed on the probation period of initially for a period of two years. However, thereafter service of the petitioner till date has not been confirmed and as a result according to the petitioner till date though he has put in about 12 years of service. He has not received a single increment he is also being only paid regular pay scale without increments. Neither has he been able to get the promotional benefits also.

-23. Given the limited grievance that petitioner has, the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 & 3 to consider the claim of petitioner for confirmation in service and also for grant regular increment from the date of confirmation.

4. Let an appropriate decision be taken in this regard at the earliest preferably within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
