1. Learned counsel for the State-petitioner submits that though the prosecution witnesses have supported the case of the prosecution regarding commission of rape on the prosecutrix, a minor, learned trial Court has granted acquittal.

2. Having gone through the evidence of the prosecutrix (PW3) itself, we find that she has not supported the case of the prosecution and turned completely hostile, clearly stating that the accused did nothing to her nor she was abducted.

3. In view of above, judgment of the learned trial Court is not suffered from any perversity or patent illegality so as to warrant interference by this
