1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.469/2020 registered at Police Station Sirgitti, District (Revenue and Civil), Bilaspur (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 506, 394 of the IPC.

3. The applicant along with co-accused Manoj Kevat and Rajesh @ Gajni have committed loot of Rs.700/- from complainant

MCRC No. 8543 of 2020 Mannulal Kashyap when he was returning after completing his work at Rajshri Factory at about 8.30 p.m. on 10.10.2020.

4. Co-accused Manoj Kewat has been released on regular bail by this Court vide order dated 10.2.2021 passed in MCRC No.8145/2020.

5. The present applicant is in jail since 11.10.2020, therefore, considering that the co-accused has been released on bail, I am of the opinion that present is a fit case to release the present applicant also on regular bail.

6. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
