2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2017, registered at Police Station Gol Bazar, Raipur, District Raipur, for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471 & 201 of IPC.

3. The applicant along with several other candidates appeared in the recruitment for the post of Librarian and in the course of

the said recruitment process, they submitted forged certificates of degree of B.Lib. According to the prosecution, two persons namely Sanjay Dubey and Pankaj Sharma are instrumental in arranging the forged certificates and the applicant along with 31 other candidates have used such certificates.

4. Considering the fact that similarly placed accused namely Smt. Kamiti Verma, Ku. Parmeshwari Sahu, Smt. Syanti Bhaskar, Smt. Sangeeta Shrivas and Suresh Kumar Singh, have been extended the benefit of anticipatory bail by this Court in M.Cr.C. (A) Nos.323, 324, 339, 350 & 340 of 2017 respectively and the present applicant is in jail since 17.3.2017, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on regular bail.

Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
