1. Challenge in the present writ petition is to the order of transfer dated 22.10.2020 whereby the the petitioner has been transferred from Janpad Panchayat, Odgi, District Surajpur to Janpad Panchayat, Tamnar, District Raigarh.

2. Considering the fact that the order of transfer has now been in force for 2 and 1⁄2 months and also taking into consideration the distance between the two places of posting, this court is of the opinion that no strong case is made out by the petitioner calling for interference with the impugned order of transfer. However, liberty would be open for the petitioner to move an appropriate representation before the respondent No.1 for any grievance if the petitioner has so far as impugned order of transfer is concerned, and on such representation being made, the authorities concerned shall decide the same in accordance rules and regulations governing the field.

3. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- (P. Sam Koshy) Judge inder
