1. The present MCC has been filed seeking modification to the order dated 01.05.2019 passed in WPS No. 3196 of 2019.
2. The modification sought for is to the extent that the name of the Petitioner No. 2, in the cause-title, has been wrongly got typed as "Pradha" instead of "Prabha".
3. Considering the nature of modification sought for and the fact that there is no dispute so far as the name of the petitioner No. 2 being "Prabha" the MCC deserves to be allowed.
4. The order dated 01.05.2019 of 2019 passed in WPS No. 3196 of 2019 stands modified to the extent that the name of the petitioner No. 2 shall be read as "Prabha" instead of "Pradha".
5. With the aforesaid modification, the present MCC stands allowed and disposed of.
6. The registry is directed to place a copy of this order in the records of WPS No. 3196 of 2019.
