1. The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be the posting of the respondent No.4 made at the place where the petitioner is also working.

2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that there is all likelihood that the charge which the petitioner is holding as on date may be taken and handed over to the respondent No.4.

3. Let the petitioner make a detailed representation in this regard to the higher authorities in the department, particularly highlighting the short duration of time left for the petitioner before superannuation and also requesting the authorities to consider the seniority of the

petitioner over and above the respondent No.4 and the higher authorities shall take all necessary steps thereafter.

4. Meanwhile, it is expected that the respondents would not disturb the status of the petitioner which exists as on date.
