As the First Additional Sessions Judge, Durg District Durg (CG) vide judgment dated 19.2.2015 in Sessions Case No. 43/2013 acquitted Respondents 1 to 6 of the charges under Section 498 A/34, 315/34 IPC and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, 1961 by affording the benefit of doubt for granting Special Leave to Appeal, judgment, evidence statements and other documents perused.

In the considered view of this Court, this is a fit case where Leave to Appeal be granted.

Consequently, Cr.M.P., which is preferred within its limitation is allowed.

Registry is directed to list the matter under the heading "Acquittal Appeal"., Also heard on instant Acquittal Appeal on admission.

The Acquittal Appeal preferred within its limitation is admitted for consideration.
