Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of subsequent development that respondent No.2 has been transferred to some other place not at the place of the petitioner, the petitioner may be allowed to pursue her representation already filed before respondent No.1. It is found that the petitioner already preferred representation before respondent No.1, the same shall be considered and decided as early as possible.

With the liberty to pursue representation filed by the petitioner, this petition is disposed off.
