The petitioner has transferred to a place which is only 10 km away from the present place of posting.

Though, the challenge is based on the ground of frequent transfer, from the documents placed on record and order dated 04.11.2015 which has been filed later on, it reveals that vide order dated 04.11.2015, the petitioner was locally shifted from one school to another school. Therefore, no case is made out. 3.
