1. P.U.D has been received from the Court of District and Sessions Judge, Bemetara (C.G.) praying for extension of time to conclude the proceedings in Special Sessions Case No.24/2020 in the case of Rahul Isai vs. State of Chhattisgarh pending before that Court.

2. This Court had while disposing off the MCRC No.7892/2020 on 12.01.2021 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months.

3. After considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, I feel inclined to allow the prayer made by the Court concerned. A further extension of six months time is granted to the learned Court concerned for concluding the trial in the case mentioned hereinabove.
