1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is so far as non granting of the third time bound pay scale that the petitioner would be entitled for on completion of 30 years of service on the same post.

2. According to the petitioner he has completed 30 years of service on the same post back in the year 2017 as such he is entitled for grant of third time bound pay scale payable under the service rules. Petitioner has already made a representation in this regard vide Annexure P-4 and P-5

dated 04.09.2020 and 10.11.2020, both of which stands pending with the respondents.

3. Given the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also taking the fact that petitioner has more than 61 years of age the writ petition at this juncture stands disposed of directing the respondent No.2 & 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner so far as grant of third time pay scale is concerned and his representation be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days. The petitioner would also be at liberty to make fresh representation to the respondent no.2 & 3 supported with all relevant records in this regard.
