1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.01/2017 registered in Police Station Koilibeda, District North Bastar, Kanker for offence under Sections 451, 354, 342, 294, 506-B and 323 of the IPC.

2. Learned State Counsel would submit that the applicant has previous antecedent of his involvement in similar nature of crime in relation to another prosecutrix in the year 2015.

3. Considering the commission of similar nature of offence repeatedly, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
