1) The first bail application of the applicants was dismissed as withdrawn by this Court vide order dated 03.03.2021 in MCRC No. 839 of 2021.

2) The applicants have preferred this application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, as they were arrested on 06.09.2020 in connection with Crime No. 223/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 460, 307, 34 of IPC, registered at Police Station- Baloda, District- Janjgir-Champa (C.G.).

3) After arguing for sometime, learned counsel appearing for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

4) Counsel for the State has no objection to the above prayer.

5) Permission granted.

6) Accordingly, the application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
