At the outset, it is stated by learned counsel for the parties that the interim order is continuing since long and therefore, the petition may be disposed off at this stage. 3.

In this case, interim order was passed by this Court in favour of the petitioner on 14-09-2016. Interim order has remained in force till date, therefore, in these circumstances, particularly taking into consideration the grounds urged in this case, I am inclined to dispose off the matter finally with a direction to the respondent authority that the order impugned in this petition shall not be given effect to against the petitioner.
