Heard on prayer for condonation of delay in filing the restoration petition.

Taking into consideration, the ground urged, the application is allowed. Delay in filing the restoration petition is condoned. 3.

Also heard on prayer for restoration.

Taking into consideration the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that just and sufficient cause is made out for nonappearance of the applicant / petitioner on the date of hearing when the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution. 5.
