The petitioner has challenged the order dated 02/09/2016, by which, his transfer order has been modified and now under the modified transfer order, he has been transferred from Jagdalpur to Korba. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is willing to continue at Jagdalpur and according to the transfer policy, an employee who is willing to continue in the schedule area may be considered in the same area. The other ground of challenge is that son of the petitioner is studying at Jagdalpur and if he is transferred, he would suffer hardship. He further submits

that the petitioner had earlier filed petition on the ground that the petitioner has been transferred from the place where no post of Senior Surveyor was available. This Court had stayed the transfer order, and after disposal of the said petition, a modified transfer order has been issued, by which, he has been transferred to Korba.

The personal ground of hardship is not of such nature, which warrants interference by this Court. However, as this Court earlier directed to look other aspect as to whether the petitioner may be allowed to continue at Jagdalpur, it would be open for the State to examine other grounds in future. 4.
