The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P/1 dated 12.07.2019 whereby the petitioner has been transferred from Govt. Girls Middle School, Wadrafnagar, Block Wadrafnagar to Govt. Middle School, Jampali, Block Shankargarh, District Balrampur-Ramanujganj, Chhattisgarh. 2.

The contention of the petitioner is that he has been recently brought at the present place vide order dated 26.02.2019 and the impugned order has been passed in a period of less than 5 months.

Given the said submission, let the petitioner make an appropriate representation to the respondent No.2 within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order and the respondent No.2 in turn shall consider the same, so far as the petitioner having being recently posted at the present place of posting and the representation be decided within a further period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the representation. 4.

Till the representation is decided, the effect and operation of the impugned order Annexure P/1 shall remain stayed.
