1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P-1 the present writ petition has been filed. Vide the impugned order, the petitioner's services have been shifted from Nagar Panchayat Chikhlakasa, Balod, District Balod to Nagar Panchayat Than Khahmariya, District Bemetara.
2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that it is just around two years that the petitioner is working at the present place of posting. Moreover, the petitioner has got only 1 1⁄2 years of service left for his retirement. The contention of the counsel for petitioner is that in the event of transferring the petitioner at this stage of his career, it would be putting great amount of
inconvenience and also mental stress upon the petitioner in discharging his duties. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already made a representation in this regard on 01.10.2021 to the authorities but the same has not been decided till date. 3.
Given the facts, let the respondent no.1 consider the representation that the petitioner has made, on its own merits, in accordance with law, at the earliest.
4. Purely as an interim measure, in case the petitioner has not been relieved from the present place of posting, the petitioner should not be relieved until the representation of petitioner dated 01.10.2021 is decided.
