1. The grievance of the petitioners is that the respondents have initiated a recruitment process for filling up the post of Security Guard and the

petitioners are eligible for the said post but the applications which the petitioners have filled up are not being forwarded by respondent no.3 to respondent no.2.

2. Given the limited grievance which the petitioners have raised, this Court does not intend to keep the petition pending rather ends of justice would serve if the writ petition is disposed of with a specific direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that if the petitioners are found eligible and suitable for participating in the recruitment for the post of Security Guard and they have made applications in this regard, the same should be forwarded to the competent authority within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. While doing so respondent no.3 shall only ascertain whether the petitioners had filed their applications before the last date of submission of application or not. It shall be the responsibility of the petitioners also to bring to the notice of the respondent no. 2 & 3 the order passed by this Court.
