Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the land of the petitioner was acquired for Arpa Bhaisajhar Project, however, the land though was acquired, the compensation has not been paid. It is submitted that when the notification has been made, when the possession has been taken, it is not at all clear and despite the fact the petitioner is not able to enjoy the land and has been deprived of his right without any due process of law. It is stated that no compensation proceeding has been adopted and even it has been adopted the compensation has not been paid till date. 2.

Considering the submission made by the petitioner, it is observed that the petitioner in order to make the facts clear may make a representation to the Collector, Bilaspur, within a period of four weeks from today and if such application is made, the Collector shall examine the application of the petitioner and shall further adjudicate the same within a further period of

four weeks and if it is found that the land of the petitioner has been acquired then in such case the due process of law shall be commenced so that the petitioner's grievance is redressed.
