This Petition is for extension of time to comply with the direction given by this Court as per judgment/order dated 17.01.2017 passed in W.P.(PIL) No.85/2016. It is seen from the proceedings, that extension of time was sought for on an earlier occasion by filing M.C.C No.432/2017, which was allowed as per order dated 31.01.2018, granting six more months' time. The said period expired on 31.07.2018.

The present application is for further extension of time, which came to be filed only on 07.08.2019 i.e. much after the expiry of the extended period granted in M.C.C No.432/2017. In the said circumstances, by virtue of settled

law, this M.C.C is not liable to be entertained. 2.
