1. Heard.

2. This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.36/2015, registered at Police Station Nandghat, District Bemetara (CG), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376/34 of IPC and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

3. The applicant allegedly enticed the prosecutrix and abducted her on 10.01.2015. Both of them went to Pune and resided

together. The prosecutrix is presently aged about 20 years and has begotten a son, aged about 11 months, from the applicant.

4. Considering the entire facts' situation of the case and the nature of evidence, this Court is inclined to release the applicant on bail.

5. Accordingly, the application is allowed and the applicant is directed to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety for the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. He is directed to appear before the trial Court on each and every date given by the said Court.
