The limited relief sought that the petitioners have claimed in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents for releasing the salary for the month of April, May and June of the year 2020.

According to the petitioners, during these three months period the petitioners have discharged their duties by taking online classes and inspite of having rendered their services, the petitioners have not been given the salary for the said period. The petitioners' representation in this regard is also pending consideration before the Collector, District Raipur.

Given the factual matrix of the case, the present writ petition at this juncture can be disposed of directing the petitioners to move a fresh appropriate representation before the respondents No.2 & 3, who shall subject to verification of the fact whether the petitioners have discharged their duties during these period or not, shall take an appropriate decision at the earliest so far as the salary for the month of April, May and June, 2020 in respect of the petitioners are concerned. Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.
With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
