Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite order of the Court, directing for decision of representation within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the petitioner has not been informed till date.

The representation shows that the representation alongwith a copy of this order was submitted in the office of Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, Janjgir-Champa on 15.07.2016 followed by remained dated 22.08.2016.

3. The respondent shall forthwith inform about the decision taken in writing to the petitioner in compliance of the order of the Court. If it is found, despite order of the Court, no order was passed, this Court may be constrained to initiate contempt proceeding against the respondent. Let a copy of this order be submitted before the respondent - Chief Executive Officer, Jila Panchayat, JanjgirChampa for necessary action. 4.

The petition is accordingly disposed off.
