1. This revision is preferred against the framing of charges. Perused the PUD dated 28.02.2019 received from District and Sessions Judge, Durg, Chhattisgarh wherein it is reported that the concerned Sessions Trial No. 03/2015 of the Court of ASJ(FTC) Durg has already been disposed of on 11.10.2018. Since, the trial has already been decided, thus, the revision has now become infructuous.

2. Accordingly, the instant revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
