Learned Claims Tribunal has granted ₹ 4,00,000/- to the claimants towards compensation and it has been deposited in fixed deposit and an amount of ₹ 2,00,000/- has already been disbursed in faovur of the claimants by order dated 19.2.2018. 2.
If the petitioners are further need of money, they may move appropriate application before the Claims Tribunal and submit necessary documents.

If such an application is filed, that will be considered/inquired
by the Claims Tribunal and if need is established, amount will be disbursed in favour of the claimants.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No cost(s).
