2. This petition has been brought being aggrieved by the impugned award dated 11.01.2019 passed by the competent

WPC No. 4173 of 2021 authority determining the compensation for the land belonging to the petitioner acquired by the respondents.

3. After hearing the submissions made by learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed off in motion stage.

4. However, the petitioner is granted liberty to file application under Section 3G (5) of the National Highways Act, 1956 referring the matter for arbitration. Hence with the aforesaid liberty this petition stands disposed off.

5. Certified copy of document (Annexure P1) be returned to the learned counsel for the petitioner after retaining copy of the same in record.
