2. It is submitted at the par that the writ appeal was preferred against the order passed by this Court in Writ Petition (S) No. 4927 of 2010 and now the writ appeal was dismissed on 24/01/2017.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents shall now proceed to pass an appropriate order. The submission made by the respondents is place on record.
