Learned Counsel for the State under instructions from the department refers to the xerox copy of the order of appointment issued in favour of the Petitioner on 7.12.2016 by the District Education Officer, Bastar, whereby the Petitioner has been appointed on the post of Assistant Grade-III and has been posted at Government High School, Pakhnakongera, Block Bastar. 2.

In the light of the aforesaid statement made by learned Counsel for the State, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the present case. 3.

The present writ petition accordingly stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
