Apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No.272/2017, registered at Police Station - Bodhghat, Jagdalpur, District Bastar, Chhattisgarh for offence punishable under Section 292 of the IPC/ 67(A) of Information and Technology Act 2000, the applicant has preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail.

His earlier application MCRCA No.685 of 2018 was dismissed as withdrawn on 25-07-2018 and this Court had directed to the concerned Court to consider and decide the regular bail application of the applicant on the same day on which he surrenders before the said Court. 3.
Counsel for the applicant urges that on the ground of ailment of the applicant this application has been filed again. 4.
Subsequent to the earlier order passed by this Court with a direction to the concerned Court, this application cannot be entertained on any other ground. Hence, on this ground, this application is disposed off with a similar direction to the concerned Court to consider and decide regular bail application of this applicant after due consideration on the physical ailment of the applicant
-2preferably on the same day on which he surrenders before the said Court, if practicable.
