Application for correction of order dated 24.08.2016 has been moved by the applicant/petitioner on the ground that in the cause title of Writ Petition (S) No. 4040 of 2016 due to typographical mistake it was wrongly mentioned as "Block Mahasamund" whereas it ought to be "Block Bagbahara".

The statement has been made on affidavit before this Court, therefore, the address of the applicant/petitioner as given in the cause title of the petition shall be read as "Block Bagbahara" in place of "Block Mahasamund". The petitioner shall submit a copy of this order along with main order dated 24.08.2016 passed WPS No. 4040 of 2016 before the competent authority. 3.

The MCC is accordingly disposed off.
