1. The applicant has preferred this application for grant of bail as he is arrested in connection with Crime No.199/2019 registered in Police Station Charama, District North Bastar, Kanker for offence under Section 366, 376 and 506 of the IPC.
2. The applicant had an affair with the prosecutrix and sexually exploited her during the period 1.10.2016 to 16.10.2016. Thereafter she was married to some other person in the year 2017, but the applicant kept on disturbing her by calling her over her mobile and also writing filthy letters when she started ignoring his calls.
3. Considering the conduct of the applicant, I am not inclined to release him on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
