1. P.U.D has been received from the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raipur (C.G.) praying for extension of time to conclude the proceedings in Case No.9306/2017 in the case of State of Chhattisgarh Vs. Satyendra Bhadouria & another.

2. This Court had while disposing off the MCRC No.2894/2019 on 16.05.2019 directed the trial Court to conclude the trial within a period of six months. Later on 19.03.2021, on prayer for extension made by the Court concerned further extension of six months was granted vide CRMP No.311/2021. For the second time the request has been made for extension.

3. After considering the reasons mentioned in the request letter, the prayer made by the Court concerned is allowed. A further extension of one month time as prayed is granted.
