Perused the jail report dated 19.08.2020 received from Jail Superintendent, Central Jail, Jagdalpur, District- Bastar (C.G.) wherein, it has been reported that the appellant has been released from jail on 30.05.2020 after completion of his entire jail sentence imposed upon him by the concerned Trial Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that he wants to withdraw the instant appeal.

Prayer is allowed.
