Though number of grounds have been raised in this petition to challenge legality and validity of the order taking cognizance considering that the petitioner has remedy of filing revision against the order taking cognizance, I am not inclined to invoke power under Section 482 Cr.P.C. At this stage, this petition is dismissed with liberty to file revision as also to raise all the grounds raised in this petition. Certified copy of the impugned order be returned after retaining photocopy of the same.

Considering that this petition was filed before this Court, in case, the petitioner prefers revision within a period of 30 days, the same shall be decided on merits without going into the issue of limitation.
