1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner jointly owned a land bearing Khasra No. 651 and 344 at village Jaimura, Kharsia District Raigarh. He further submits that certain part of the land of the petitioner was acquired for construction of canal in the year 2002-03 and the compensation papers were also prepared however eventually the compensation was not paid. He further submits that out of khasra No. 651
0.344 hect has been used for construction of canal and since compensation was not paid, application was filed before the SDO dated 22.09.2021 (Annexure P-3) and prays that the same may be directed to be decided.
2. Considering the submission made, without any observation on the merits of the case, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh representation before the SDO Land Acquisition Officer, Kharsia (Respondent No. 3) with all the relevant documents within a period of 3 weeks from today and if such application is filed, it is directed that Respondent No. 3. shall decide the same within a further period of 4 months so that the petitioner may know his possession where he stands.
