1. Heard.
2. The default has been pointed out by the Registry that the present petition has been wrongly classified as W.P.C., which should have been W.P.S.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has made submissions that as it appears that the petitioners have completed post-graduate degree courses in medical science for which, they had executed a bond on 26.05.2017 admitting the condition to serve under the State Government for a period of 2 years. The condition in the bond was specific that in case, after the notification made by the University regarding completion of the course, if the petitioners are not granted appointment within a period of 06 months, then the bond executed will automatically become ineffective. The completion of the course of the petitioners was notified by the University on 17.12.2020 but until date, they have not been granted any employment by the respondents. Therefore, a representation was made vide Annexure-P/6 to the respondent No.3 praying for grant of N.O.C. on the ground that the bond executed has expired which has not been decided so far.
4. Learned State counsel appearing for the respondents opposes to the submissions.
5. Default pointed out by the Registry is overruled.
6. After considering on the submissions, the petition is disposed off at the motion stage.
7. Respondent No.3 is directed to consider on the representation made by the petitioners within a period of 01 month from today, in accordance with law.
