1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail as he is in jail since 6-7-2020 in connection with Crime No. 278 of 2020 registered at Police Station Rajhara, District Balod (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 307 and 324 read with Section 34 of IPC.

2. Learned State counsel submits that nine criminal cases are registered against the present applicant.

3. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this court to withdraw the bail application.

4. Permission is granted.
