The only relief sought by the petitioner through the instant petition to issue direction to respondents to decide the petitioner's application for demarcation of specified land.

Learned State counsel was earlier granted time to seek instructions, but he again makes a prayer for adjournment.

Looking to the nature of relief sought by the petitioner, the petition need not be kept pending, instead of, it would be proper to direct respondent No.4 to complete the process of demarcation, if not already done, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
