Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 30/09/2021
1. At the outset, attention of this Court is brought to order in order sheet dated 17.10.2017 (annexure- R-1) filed along with reply to submit that the order of this Court has been complied with, though with some delay.
2. The factual position, as brought on record by way of reply has not been disputed but learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aforesaid order was not brought to his notice and for the first time is being disclosed regarding passing of order in purported compliance of the order of this Court.
3. Be as it may, taking into consideration that order has already been passed on 17.10.2017, without commenting upon the correctness and validity of the said order, taking into consideration the nature of order which was required to be passed in compliance of direction issued by this Court, nothing survives in this contempt petition.
4. The contempt petition is disposed off.
5. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to challenge orders if not palatable
to his interest, as may be permissible under the law. Sd/- (Manindra Mohan Shrivastava) Judge Ravi
