This bail application was filed way back on 08.08.2019. Though there are certain allegations made against the present applicant, it is stated that the original complainant died during the pendency of this application. There was no ad-interim bail granted. Looking to this fact that so far no action has been taken against the applicant since last almost one year, present application is at present disposed off with liberty to revive, in case, there is any apprehension of arrest.
