The transfer order dated 30.07.2016 is under challenge on the ground that the petitioner is being transferred to a place where another employee Dr. D.K. Upadhyay has been posted vide order dated 10.06.2016 passed by the State Government where he has joined also.

Learned State counsel submits that this matter shall be examined by the State Government and necessary order shall be passed. 3.

Considering aforesaid submission, this petition is disposed off with a direction to the State Government to pass corrected / modified order in the case of the petitioner, if necessary. Till appropriate orders are passed, the petitioner shall not be disturbed from the present place of posting.
