1. The claim of the petitioner in the present writ petition is the inaction on the part of the respondents No. 2 to 4 in deciding the claim application, which the petitioner has filed seeking compassionate appointment.

According to the petitioner, his father late Shatrughan Singh Bhandari died in harness working on the post of Headmaster on 11.05.2017. The petitioner had moved an application immediately which has also been forwarded by th respondents to the higher authorities, but till date no decision has been taken.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No. 2 to 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner for compassionate appointment and decide the same strictly in accordance with the Rules governing the field of compassionate appointment at the earliest preferably within a period of 4 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. 4.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
