The present Contempt Petition has been filed by Petitioner alleging non-compliance of Order dated 18.1.2019 passed by this Court in WPS No.340/2019.

The Order of this Court specifically was for concluding the Departmental Enquiry within an outer limit of six months. 3.

Respondents have filed their reply whereby they have filed Annexure R-1, dated 19.2.2020, which shows that the Departmental Enquiry has been concluded and the Petitioner has been inflicted with the punishment.

Given the said fact, the Order of this Court has since been complied with. However, so far as the non-payment of gratuity or challenge to the order of punishment dated 19.2.2020 is concerned, the right of Petitioner stands reserved for availing remedies available to him under the law by assailing the order of punishment and also claiming for gratuity. 5.
