1. Aggrieved by the impugned order Annexure P/1 dated 01.10.2021, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Vide the impugned order, the services of the petitioner has been transferred from the office of Assistant Range Officer Rajnandgaon (Rural) Range Rajnandgaon to the office of the Assistant Range Officer Tumdibod Range Rajnandgaon.

3. Considering the short distance between the two place of posting, this Court is of the firm view that there is hardly any scope of any substantial

inconvenience that would be caused to the petitioner in the course of complying with the order of transfer. Therefore, this Court does not find any strong case calling for an interference with the impugned order. However, in the event of any personal inconvenience or any other inconveniences that the petitioner has, his right stands reserved for approaching the respondent No. 2 by way of a representation which the respondent-authorities shall consider on its own merits in accordance with the law.
