ORDER

(Passed on 09th September, 2017) 1.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the representation made by the petitioner for compassionate appointment dated 18.09.2006 may be decided. 2.

Learned State counsel submits that they are ready to decide the representation of the petitioner, Annexure P-2, which is an application for compassionate appointment dated 18.09.2006 within four months. 3.

In terms of such agreement, the State shall decide the application for compassionate appointment dated 18.09.2006 within four months objectively. It is further observed that the petitioner may submit a copy of this petition alongwith this order to decide the representation. 4.
