1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of bail as they are arrested in connection with Crime No.163/2020 registered in Police Station Nagarnar, District Bastar for offence under Section 22 (B)(ii)(b) of the NDPS Act.

2. The applicants were found in illicit possession of 15 kg of Ganja on 18.10.2020.

3. Considering the quantity of contraband recovered from the applicants, I am not inclined to release them on bail at this stage. Accordingly, the application is rejected with liberty to revive at an appropriate stage. Sd/- Judge (Prashant Kumar Mishra) Barve
