Hon'ble Shri Justice P. Sam Koshy Order On Board 16.08.2019

1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order Annexure P-1 dated 25.06.2019 whereby the services of the petitioners have been transferred.

2. During the course of hearing, it was revealed that the representation in a group which the petitioners and similarly placed employees have filed is already under consideration before the respondent no.2.

3. Given the fact that the respondent no.2 is already considering the grievance of the petitioners, this Court, at this juncture, would not like to interfere with the order of transfer. Reserving the right of the petitioners to approach the respondent no.2 by way of a fresh representation in addition to what they have already made and the respondent no.2 in turn is expected to take an early decision on the said representation of the petitioners, the writ petition stands disposed of. It is expected that the respondent no.2 shall take a decision at the earliest.

4. The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. Sd/- P. Sam Koshy Judge Khatai
